Lorraine Bardeen leads AI Strategy & Transformation for Microsoft Customer & Partner Solutions (MCAPS), driving global AI portfolio management, investment prioritization, and business value realization. She guides teams through change management and stakeholder engagement, serving as a trusted advisor to enterprise customers navigating AI transformation. Lorraine leads with a culture-first mindset and champions transparency and data-driven alignment to ensure transformation is both human-centered and measurable.

Previously, Lorraine was Corporate Vice President and Chief Technology Officer for Microsoft’s Commercial Solution Areas, with a 22-year career spanning engineering and product leadership across Windows, Dynamics 365, Xbox, emerging technologies like Mixed Reality, and IoT. Her industry impact has been honored by Fast Company and HITEC.

Outside of work, Lorraine is an avid snowboarder and road cyclist and loves daily exercise with friends. She enjoys spending time with her partner and large blended family, including way too many pets.
