Kartik Ramakrishnan is the Chief Executive Officer of Capgemini’s Financial Services Strategic Business Unit, a position he has held since November 2024. He became a member of the Capgemini’s Group Executive Board in January 2025.

In this role, Kartik oversees one of the largest sectors for Capgemini globally, across Banking and Insurance industries. He is responsible for the development of Capgemini’s long-term strategy for the sector, driving growth and profitability, while delivering business value for clients. Kartik champions building diverse and high performing teams that are focused on developing future ready skills and capabilities aligned with the client and market needs.

With over 25 years of technology and consulting experience in the banking industry across the globe, Kartik has been instrumental in driving business growth through strategic acquisitions, launching new products and solutions and developing innovative, cost-effective solutions for financial services firms globally. He is passionate about the intersection of technology and industry coming together to solve unique challenges for financial institutions.
