Jess Leitch is Head of frog North America, part of Capgemini Invent, where she leads the business across strategy, growth, and the work itself. frog is the reinvention and experience partner to the world’s leading brands. Our clients include Disney, Netflix, JPMC, Sanofi, Coca-Cola and Boeing. A service designer by training, she has spent 15 years building teams that design and launch new products, services, and businesses. Her current focus is how AI is reshaping products, commerce and customer experience. Australian by origin, she obtained her master’s in design while living in London. Currently she is based in San Francisco.
