As CEO of the Americas at Capgemini, Anirban is passionate about helping clients accelerate their dual transition to a digital and sustainable world. Anirban Bose has spent his career leading successful business transformations for top companies across North America, Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.  Anirban was previously Head of Capgemini’s Financial Services Global Strategic Business Unit. At Financial Services, Anirban grew Capgemini’s mindshare and elevated revenue, profit, and client satisfaction across industries. Between 2015 and 2017, Anirban led Capgemini’s Global Banking and Capital Markets business, which serves 12 of the world’s top 15 banking and financial services organizations.

He has served as a member of the Group Executive Board since January 2018 and was also responsible for overseeing Capgemini’s Asia-Pacific business as Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Strategic Business Unit.

From 2004 to 2007, Anirban served as Executive Vice President at Kanbay before its 2007 acquisition by Capgemini. At Kanbay, he championed the development of the company’s credit services practice and led its global delivery capabilities.

Across his roles, Anirban brings deep experience in consulting, IT services, outsourcing, and the creation of consumer and payment technology innovation for leading global financial institutions.

Anirban graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Technology degree and earned an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago.
