Jithin leads ServiceNow’s AI Application Platform and Developer Products portfolio. He shapes how enterprises build, govern, and deploy AI applications and agents — and how that experience gets better for the teams building them.

He’s focused on two shifts happening at once: how AI is changing how software gets built, and how agents are changing what enterprise software can do. At ServiceNow, he built some of the first Agentic developer product portfolio and studios.

Earlier, Jithin held technical leadership roles at Google, Adobe, Dell, and startups. He is computer science graduate and an MBA from Cornell’s Johnson Graduate School of Management, and actively angel invests in enterprise AI and DevOps startups.
