Garth Gray is Group Vice President Sales of Oracle Restaurants. In his current role Garth oversees strategic sales initiatives, fosters client relationships, and leads high-performing Sales teams across multiple regions. Prior to this role, Garth was the Group Vice President of Consulting for Oracle Restaurants. He led a global team of Consultants that delivered technical and professional consulting to the world’s largest food and beverage, and hospitality brands.

Before joining Oracle, Garth managed global technology operations, centralized delivery, onboard retail point of sale and a global project management office for Gategroup, the leading global airline catering, retail onboard and equipment solutions provider. Garth has over 20 years of experience in technology consulting, delivery and operations.

Garth holds a dual degree in Neuroscience and Biology from the University of Toronto.
