Rosemarie Brennan is a Business-Focused Technology Executive who has spent her nearly 17-year career driving business value, savings, and growth enablement through leadership of transformation, innovation, automation, application and program delivery initiatives. She is an organizational bridge builder, energetic leader, and certified coach with deep global experience spanning Ireland, the US, China, Japan, Singapore, and Eastern Europe.
Rosemarie joined Aptiv in 2023 as VP IT Strategy and Governance, focused on redesigning IT services and leveraging new multi year partnerships. Recently she expanded her scope to cover enterprise applications and data services.
Rosemarie is also playing a leading role in the split of her company, ensuring the seperated business can run as a standalone company. Prior to joining aptiv, rosemarie was elevated to CIO-level role over Enterprise Technology Services organization which covered all enterprise applications network and hosting services for medtronic. She also served as the VP of IT Global User Services since 2020, when Medtronic’s Corporate CIO challenged her to stand up the Global Rapid Response unit to quickly deliver the capabilities and optimize the performance of work-from-home technologies at the onset of the pandemic. She added all of Global User Services—office/home technologies, video/
conferencing tools, business applications, IoT/device services, and contact center solutions— as well as Customer Success, Experience Design/UX, and LearnIT to her portfolio.
In these global technology executive roles, Rosemarie revamped operating models, scaled the organization for growth and performance, and embedded a data-driven, business-centric focus into the team culture complete with Customer Success, UX, and Business Education programs. As a result of her leadership, Global Services participated in Medtronic’s formal MeasureIT™ initiative, improving business KPIs for value generation, automation, delivery success, communications, goal alignment, and user-focused development. In earlier roles as a Technology Director, Program Manager, Manufacturing IT Manager, and Systems Analyst in the EMEA and APAC regions, Rosemarie
enabled global operating model adoption, enterprise platform transformation, and delivery of Predictive Analytics and AI automation capabilities. She also led the launch of a new commercial organization and manufacturing site in Russia.
